Instruction to install Automatic Ejection Device
- This underwater motor pump is originally designed to be straight
upward and should not be laid down on a side or shocked while
transporting.
- Transport the pump not by pulling out an attached electric
waring, but by grabbing handles.
- Upon receiving the pump, piease check on the insulation ststus
followed by carefully inspecting whether the machine matches up
with specifications, such as pumping level and quantity, rotational
speed, output, voltage, frequency, and other types.
- Check for any damages on wire coating from transportation as
well as anymissing parts, bolts, and nuts.
Installation and Test Drive Considerations
- Firstly, tie up the pump handle and the other side to a secure
object with rope and chain.
- Use blocks or other stable plate on a bit higher level to support
the pump if the mounting site is exposed of collapsing, and link
the pipe perpendicular to the pump.
- Do not use the cap tire cable attached on the pump in order
to move it in the vertical direction. Use only the rope tied on
a handle of the pump. Puling the cable might cause disconnection
or shorting of electric wiring for damage, or may let water inflow
to break the insulation.
- Do not place the cable -end in the water or a humid place.
- Motor is designed to run under water and should not be operated
on the ground.
- Install the pump in a vertical position, and be especially
careful when mounting a out -flowing pipe.
- Use a correct electric wire a occurs when lengthening the wire
connection. Check to see if the connect is secure and insulation
of the wire is safe in a humid place to avoid an electric leskage.
- Do not bury a cable in a concrete structure to avoid an electric
leakage.
- An optional automatic ejection device is available in case of
installing the pump in a pit area for later repair.
- Minimum level of the water reservoir should cover up the case,
and at least 30cm above the top of case.
- A cutter pump is the pump which shreds solid matters to prevent
any clotting. However, it is recommended to use a first level
filter with a net narrower than the strainer for the sewage including
larger particles than it' shredding capability.
- Harsh bending on out -flowing pipes may reduce the water transport
amount. Thus it is recommended to more of straight piping.
Test Drive
- Remove any steal and rocks that hinders the inlet in the pit.
- Check if the correct voltage is used and the state of the fuse
capacity and connectivity.
- Confirm if the output voltage is within 10% of the voltage
specified.
- Check the rotational direction of the pump. In case the motor
is rotating in the reverse direction, change two of U,V and W
connection."
- Green line is for grounding and should be installed.
Connection Type
Waring of the pump is designed to handle 220V and 330V. When chainging
the voltage, use staler cable following the instruction below after
disassembling starting box as well as a motor brecket, and the voltage
cannot be changed, and a separate order has to be made for the 440V
and 480V (Miss-installation of packing may cause a leakage with
a danger of an electric shock.)
